First, if it applies, remove every fear or doubt. Don’t believe the lie that you can’t do this. God has sovereignly placed you in your neighborhood, school, and community—and it is His will that His Church walks in unity (John 17:22).

Initial Steps

Pray first. Jesus is the true Leader of these gatherings. Ask Him for His strategy and to fill you with the knowledge of His will (Colossians 1:9).
Let the Spirit lead. Every city is different. Every group is unique. Listen to what God wants for your specific context.
Own the mission. Approach this with the same passion you would if you were planning a stadium event. Why? Because this is even greater—it’s for Jesus to inherit your city and nation! Use the resources provided, create your own, share boldly on social media, record videos, call friends, and be intentional. God placed you exactly where you are for such a time as this.
Invite, don’t pressure. Jesus told His disciples to look for the “man of peace” (Matthew 10:14). Some will say yes, and some won’t. Focus on those who are willing.

This movement is not about denominations, ministries, or leaders. It is simply the Body of Christ obeying God’s Word.
Global Consecration is a movement—not a ministry. We are simply serving the Body of Christ.
Signing up does not mean committing to the full 21 Days or affiliating with a group. It simply allows people to receive resources and updates.
No fees. These meetings are completely free. We recommend that no offerings be taken. However, if you are a pastor and need to receive your church’s regular offerings, that is perfectly appropriate. Alternatively, you may place a simple offering box at the back for anyone who wishes to give voluntarily.

And don’t forget to mention that this is a global movement. Believers in more than 110 nations are preparing together. As we walk in obedience together, there is greater grace.

General Format of the 21 Days

One meeting per day (two, if possible).
Some churches are also organizing 24 hours of continuous prayer.
Each meeting lasts approximately 1–2 hours.
Meetings include fellowship, worship, repentance, and intercession.
There is no preaching—these are not typical church services.
At times, there may be a brief exhortation or a short video to provide encouragement and guidance.
Everyone is invited to participate actively.

1. City-Wide Meetings (Multi-Church)

If you are a pastor, businessperson, or leader, you probably already know many other believers in your city. Use those connections for such a time as this!

Steps:

Make a list of influential believers (pastors, business leaders, alliance leaders, influencers).
Download our model invitation letter (available on the website) and adapt it to make it personal when you know the person.
Whenever possible, call or message them personally—don’t just forward information.
Ask them to sign up on the website to receive the materials.
Save the contacts of those who respond positively.
Connect with other pastors and pray together before the 21 Days.
Decide the best time for the meetings (morning or evening).
Identify possible locations. Prepare permits if needed. Prioritize accessible churches or locations with adequate seating, sound, and other necessary facilities.

Observations:

If multiple churches are involved and the location is not large enough, consider hosting more than one meeting each day.
Rotate meeting locations to share the responsibility among participating churches.
If God leads you to a public space, pray together with other pastors about the next steps.
Worship is optional during the first 14 days. Choose worship leaders known for their anointing and the presence of God, not simply for their musical ability.

2. Smaller Meetings

With Your Local Church (Pastors)

If others don’t join, lead your own church through the 21 Days. Announce it during your services, use the available resources, and lead with enthusiasm. Your congregation will follow your example.

Homes

The early Church met in homes for centuries. All you need are open hearts and a few chairs.

Invite friends, neighbors, and believers from different congregations. If helpful, rotate homes throughout the 21 Days.

If live worship is not available, recorded worship songs may be used.

Schools & Universities (Students)

Invite fellow believers, form a group chat, and begin planning together. If your school or university has restrictions, we’ve prepared a sample letter that you can use when speaking with the administration. Ultimately, remember Acts 5:29:

“We must obey God rather than men.”

If no one else is ready yet, begin with your family—or even on your own. Start praying, repenting, and consecrating yourselves this week.
